Dwight A. Holmes, Conductor and Artistic Director of the Idyllwild Master Chorale brings 36 years of experience to this unique choir. Entering his 25th season, his past credits include the ISOMATA Youth and Festival Choirs, Los Cancioneros, The Orme School Fine Arts Choir, and the Idyllwild Arts Academy Chamber Singers. He is currently serving as the Music Coordinator for the Hemet Unified School District and in teaching vocal and instrumental music at Idyllwild School, Hamilton High School and the Idyllwild Arts Children’s Center. He has several published choral compositions and has served as a guest conductor and lecturer/artist at various festivals, conferences and conclaves throughout the United States, Canada and Asia. He further serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Idyllwild Arts Foundation.
